Out of the 15th arrondissement of Paris, 3BIZ CONSULTING runs 3Biz Play, an independent game studio devoted to small shops. We design light management games for Android about the small neighbourhood shops that give a street its character.

A bookshop, a cheese counter, a florist. The player arranges shelves, dresses the window and learns what the regulars like to find, from the retired teacher who reads crime novels to the café owner who needs flowers every Monday.

There is no bankruptcy and no real money. Shops earn play coins that go back into new shelves and decorations, and a quiet day simply means more time to rearrange things. Regulars remember good service and slowly bring friends.

The art is warm and detailed, with shop signs, chalkboards and window reflections drawn by hand. Each shop has its own small soundtrack, from rustling pages to a doorbell chiming.

New shops open along the street as the game progresses, and the whole neighbourhood gradually comes to life.

Seasonal events such as a spring market or a street festival bring new customers and decorations, and a photo mode lets players capture their favourite window display. The game is fully offline and contains no purchases of any kind. Each shop has a little history that unfolds as the player gets to know the street, from the bookseller who once ran a travelling library to the florist who grows her own tulips. The game is designed for short sessions of a few minutes, and the street remembers exactly how the player left it. Regular customers occasionally leave small notes or gifts on the counter, and these little surprises are collected in a scrapbook that tells the story of the street over many in-game months. No real money is involved at any point.
